Received quickly. Not that big but perfect for a small shower (like mine). This replaced the 'shower stall' which was bulky, plastic and leaked a bit. Damn, it's been 10 years. I installed this in less than five minutes. Most of the time it was 1) removing the old one and discarding it 2) opening the box, removing the items from the small bag, removing the new showerhead and tape, 3) wrapping the threads with teflon tape prior to installation. I only used half of the tape. 4) Screw in the new head until it stops. 5) I turned on the water to make sure it was working. 6) Tighten the head with my own tool/pliers, cover the joint with a towel and tighten until snug. 7) turned on HOT WATER to check for leaks, then cooled completely and turned on the shower head. EVERYTHING IS DONE Many adjustments and pressure plate not installed. I now get higher water speed with finer atomization. MUCH better than before. So many settings. I am very happy. I highly recommend it, especially for this price.
