Looks and works well but not easy to install

I installed this on my new BenQ HT3550 projector yesterday. It looks good and is well made, but I have one major complaint. The supplied gaskets do not stick together, which makes assembly so difficult. If you simply assembled the pads like Lego, the assembly time would be reduced by at least 30 minutes. Anyway, the leveling discs themselves "nest" together but don't stay together well, and the leveling discs won't insert and snap into the lever disc (accommodating the height difference due to the rolled steel lever). causing all the standoffs to slide and try to insert a screw through them into the projector. PROS: + Looks nice + Relatively easy to adjust (thumbscrews would be better) + Easy to attach and detach the projector for maintenance with hooks (again, thumbscrews would be better) + Instructions well-written + Includes various spacers to allow you to fit attaches to almost any projector + All items are individually boxed and sorted so you don't miss out and know what each part is for (VERY GOOD!) CONS: Spacers don't snap, making assembly harder than it needs to be. It would be nice if they included some longer M4 screws for higher pitch use like the BenQ HT3550. I would say that M4x25 screws will do just fine and would like 30mm screws to ensure a good thread purchase. It is also recommended to use M4 washers with M4 bolts. Larger washers are messy. - No thumbscrews to adjust and remove without tools.
