What an incredibly wonderful and well thought out product. At first the blueprints scared me, but it turned out that mounting the projector on the ceiling is a lot easier than I thought. This product includes ALL the hardware needed for each type of projector, as well as sets of all screws, mounting hardware, gaskets, bolts, nuts, wrenches (yes, even wrenches!) for a complete installation. This projector mount is really good. It's very durable, very adjustable, and the instructions are clear. It's a bit high so unless you have very high ceilings it might be an aesthetic issue. But you have many setting options. What I don't like about this mount is that it's designed for rooms where the beams are parallel to the line between the projector and the screen. I installed this on my new BenQ HT3550 projector yesterday. It looks good and is well made, but I have one major complaint. The supplied gaskets do not stick together, which makes assembly so difficult. If you simply assembled the pads like Lego, the assembly time would be reduced by at least 30 minutes.
