Review on VIDBOX VCS2M Video Conversion Suite by Mike Kimball

This hardware is designed to operate only with the included software. The included software is poorly designed. For the price of the device, I would expect film editing programs to be able to see this box the same as a camera. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the case. I contacted support about this. To their credit, they responded to the email almost immediately. Unfortunately, they responded with a line that they don't support third-party software. My goal was to test this with the Super Nintendo, but the video from the game console was never recognized by the device. (For various reasons.) I also think it's worth noting that Revain classifies this product as software, not hardware. Returning to Revain will result in a 0% refund of the sale price and only the shipping cost will be refunded.
