Dry sparkles with shine. Not easy to use
I don't like that it's essentially dry glitter that you have to stick onto a shiny material. My 4 year old cannot have freedom of action. I also didn't want my 9 year old to use it under makeup because the glitter is so messy. I really wanted a universal body gloss. I would not order again.
