The ability to connect with our vendors and customers via email has been invaluable. I like that it is available in multiple languages, which makes it easier for me to communicate with my clients from different countries. I dislike the fact that sometimes when you click on an attachment that you want to open, it takes forever to load. It can take up to 5 minutes before it opens. I have noticed this problem with other programs as well. Make sure you have enough space on your computer because it will take some time to open. This program has helped us track orders and payments from our customers. We also use it to send out invoices.
