Looks exactly like the picture (although you’ll need a petticoat to get it as full and puffy in the picture) and fits perfect! Got this for my daughters 4th birthday/Halloween costume and she loves it!4 stars because just by looking at the dress it is definitely not something easily washed by putting it in the washer because it will get ruined that way.

Spot cleaning should work just fine though! It also smelled like fish really bad when I took it out of the package but letting it air out/some febreeze cleared that up.
