Mat opening too big, back side too small

These 16x20 mats were advertised for 11x14 prints, but the opening was slightly wider than 11 inches, making them totally unusable. The substrates were advertised as 16 x 20, but they are actually 15 7/8 x 19 3/4. Smaller than mats and too small for a standard 16x20 frame. Several corners of the mat were bent. crumpled. There was a problem with EVERY product in this order. Just time. Luckily I can return them so it's not a waste of money.
