Review on DREAM PAIRS Toddler/Little Girl Mary Jane Flat with Side Bow and Buckle Strap by Charles Purnell

I thought these shoes were beautiful. When I received my package and opened the box I was so glad I wasn't scammed lol. I ordered black shiny shoes with a bow on the side. Looked exactly as pictured. My 19 month old wears a size 7 trainers but unfortunately this shoe is too small for her and I think I will have to upgrade to a size 8. I think if you have a petite toddler with petite feet this might be true to size. My toddler is tall and has chunky legs so I'm guessing that's why they didn't fit. I definitely recommend for elegant shoes.
