I was so excited about this chair! The instructions were tricky and assembly wasn't easy. The included Allen key sucks! Most of them have a short side and a longer side. The hand marked with an L was clearly intended for the right side, but is listed in the instructions for donning on the wrong side. It only fits one way, so we figured that out. One arm did not match the holes. The holes in the seat also don't line up with the slots. See photos. I don't know if we need a new seat or a new L-arm. This was an extremely disappointing purchase as I had to take the assembled thing apart, try to repackage it and take it to the UPS store for a refund.
