They have done great job with our campaign. Responsive, prompt service. I would say they are always there for you when in need of assistance to answer questions/ solve issues etc but nothing so far as dislike about this company. I am sure if we needed something like an email template it will be taken care when requested from them. We were looking at lead generation and marketing campaigns options that could help us generate leads faster which then convert into customers. I have been working with Chris for several years now, he has helped us build our email list to over 30k contacts in just one year! He's very professional & always delivers what we need when it comes time too do so - even if its at 3am or after work hours during weekdays!! Nothing really as such but sometimes you're dealing w/ someone who knows his stuff inside out which makes life easy :).
