Update*. So I posted my first review on August 8th as shown below and as this product received 2 stars I received an email from the seller on August 11th! I was pleasantly surprised that they contacted me. They wanted to send me a new vacuum cleaner, which I didn't expect. I would just take it as a loss. I have to admit that I was hesitant to send them my address, but I did after several days of deliberation. I received my new vacuum cleaner in a few days :). So far no problem! Hooray! If you have problems with the vacuum cleaner, they will replace it. Hope you don't have any problems, but if you do, they're great! Honest company. I have actually changed my mind based on interacting with them, I would 100% recommend this product. Now I've updated my rating and they have 5 stars. What I didn't like is that it stopped working after 4 uses. It worked several times, everything is fine. Good luck when you buy. Maybe mine is just broken. A bit noisy but what do you expect it will be noisy :). I will not buy this product again and would recommend it to anyone
