I like how easy it is to be able view all of my leads at once in one place, as well have access from everywhere with internet! Also that they can see your calls history when you aren't there. It's very simple yet robust enough service provider so far without any downfalls i would say this has been working really great out side their support team too :) As its web app platform most likely people will need fast computers/internet connection if not already provided by them or paid upgrade version. Being more updated system we are tracking our work daily, making sure no client got abandoned during sales process which was huge problem before leadorganiser came along because many times customer may forget about us & never call back later to check up etc.. I like how it is easy to keep track of my leads, follow up with them at specific points in their sales process as well as add new accounts. There are times when there aren't enough buttons that you can click or too many popups making me feel overwhelmed but not really sure where one would go about solving this issue. It's great if your interested in tracking everything from call notes to email correspondence so we do have all our bases covered here!
