Ease of use is important as it allows you get up & running fast without having any previous knowledge or experience required from users / engineers using this software system. This should have been better designed at first launch by providing more user friendly features like drag n drop option where we can quickly create diagrams instead just allowing us only click through options which are not very intuitive nor easy-to read/understand! It helps me understand all existing project related information easily within minutes after starting my day job every morning. The best thing about connect compared other similar systems such as Microsoft Power BI - its simplicity makes it easier than others out there who require much deeper learning curve before getting started with their tasks effectively. And also saves time when doing multiple projects simultaneously due to less switching between applications hence saving some precious hours each week. Project management has become simpler now that i'm able to gather relevant info's quicker.
