This liquid has less effect on mouth sores than regular mouthwash. Small things have a big impact. It doesn't take much to get the job done. It tastes good and doesn't burn or scorch like other foods. I'm on my 2nd bottle. It takes a long time. I like to use it all day even if I haven't eaten anything. With just a few drops and a rinse, your mouth will feel a whole lot better. It's very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this. The price may seem too high; but it will outlive most other larger bottles and burn your mouth. Some of us have sensitive mouth issues and sensitivity issues.
