OpsGuru has been extremely helpful with our transition to AWS. They have helped us migrate from a more traditional hosting solution to a cloud-based infrastructure and have been very responsive with any issues we've had. Their support staff is also very knowledgeable about their product offerings. I think it's important to find a provider that offers both managed and unmanaged options. This allows customers to choose what they need at different points during their project lifecycle. There are many providers out there, but you want someone who can provide you with the best service possible without charging exorbitant fees. The ability to scale up or down as needed and not be locked into long-term contracts.
