This is a decent machine for very light-duty work. It did not work for me at all because I needed something much more robust. If you are expecting to hog off a lot of wood like a larger belt sander will do then this is not for you. If you are sanding small pieces lightly it is probably fine. For the money and for what it is intended to do it deserves a high rating.
