As a small business organization, it’s beneficial having a reliable partner like this that is able to handle your needs and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Their knowledge and expertise makes for quick response times and they know our products very well. I believe some improvements could be done on their end, but they have continued to work hard at improving their customer service. If anyone is having problems within their systems or want to change or add something new, reach out directly so they can provide you with all the information based off what is needed. The reason I chose them was their fast response time and dedication to customers. BTSS solves issues regarding hardware and software failures along side protecting my data.
