Supplier sends defective products
I originally ordered this Dell PSU on July 16, 2020. It arrived on 07/21/2020 with a cracked plastic casing. I then sent the defective item back and ordered a replacement which arrived on 28/07/2020. Like the first defective item, this replacement adapter has a cracked housing defect. Revain must engage a troubleshooter to include these items in pending investigations while determining whether this supplier is selling nonconforming products to Revain customers.
