So the product itself still works well. The problem I have is that the company itself is not very consistent. One job scratched the glass and marked the acrylic. And I didn't get a cleaning brush. In another order, the inlet glass was curved rather than parallel, and the acrylic skimmer was re-marked. I think if the manufacturing of the product was cosmetically correct that would be great. I gave them four stars because the product really works as described and does it well. It's just scratches and stains that I didn't want to pay for. The outlet provides a good constant pressure and can mix the surface well. The inlet sucks in dirt, the skimmer part seems to trap air underneath when you first add it, once you shake it up and down a bit and get the air out it's pretty good at skimming the surface. All in all for the price compared to other products it does what it's supposed to do and I'm happy with that feature. However, if cosmetics are as important as functionality, I might look elsewhere unless the company goes up.
