It was stained with those little nasty brownish dots and faded stripes. I will go back and get a refund. Then change the order and if the new skirt has no stains I will edit my review. Update 4/22 Very disappointed to receive another white skirt with even more stains than the first one which I had to return for the same reason. I was hoping to maybe get a really clean one as I was planning on wearing it in the summer. I will come back for the second time and buy somewhere else from another seller. However the return process was almost hassle free so if you decide to buy this be aware that you run the risk of receiving a fully soiled skirt but you can easily return it for a refund. Considering the many returns I have had to make and the frustration I experienced throughout the process just to get a clean item, I cannot recommend this skirt. Also, it's huge, I can't carry it. although I also wanted it with all the dots because it's so big on my waist. I have a small size. I'm 5'4, 107 pounds and my waist is 25 inches.
