Old Brooks is still my favorite.
Cascadias in the photo are at least 4-5 years old and they are still my favorites. The fit is great, the cushioning and arch are perfect for my high arch. I only wear them for walks and not every day.
Pros
- Like the fit of a shoe. It will improve my running by 100% :^)
Cons
- May not provide enough grip in certain areas.
