Nice fabric, there is a pillow.

I love having a seat belt cover. They work great. The belt is not too tight for me. The only downside is that I have to make sure the belt is fully inserted into the truck before closing the door as the cover doesn't allow the belt to fully retract when you remove it. Good product!
