This product works great and is very easy to use. We've used it to make chicken wings, chimichangas, home-made tortilla chips, french fries, and home-made taco pizzas (like what Taco Bell used to have). (This is what I can remember; my wife is usually the one using it.) They've all turned out great, and the fries have turned out better than they did in the oven. The chicken comes out tender and moist, but not greasy - which is great because greasy chicken wings will make me sick.We also like that we can make things like fries during the summer without having to heat the house up because we're using the oven. And, of course, this uses less energy than the oven does. We'll use this to cook anything we think will fit and cook up nicely. One thing to be aware of is that, if you're trying to cook for 4 people, this is going to be too small. We can do two to three chimichangas at a time, but other things have to be made in "batches". We're only two people most of the time, and so this is fine for us.The only real complaint I have is that one of the rubber feet has broken off the grate that sits in the bottom of the fryer basket. It's not easy to replace them, and the grate tends to want to fall out when you're serving fries, tater tots, or anything else that results in you tipping the fryer basket on its side. The only solution I have found is to purchase an entirely new grate, which I will do in the near future.Overall, we like this machine, use it often, and recommend having one (whether it's this one or a larger one for a larger family).
