It was hard to know this laptop came with Windows S. Yes, you can disable it, but it will never feel like Windows Home. S made it difficult to download anything that wasn't purchased from the Microsoft Store. The mail program worked with difficulty, the drivers were difficult to load (I had to buy a new printer or switch off Windows S). Finally, it didn't come with a numeric keypad. It was all hard to notice from the display because after you clicked it the display changed to a similar computer with a number pad that you thought you'd order if you weren't careful. Ordering the wrong item was my own fault and I sent it back. I also had to pay shipping [ping for a refund.
