I purchased this swimsuit cover-up in white because I had purchased a very colorful swimsuit. After a comment from my sister telling me that I looked like I stole something from the hospital, I returned it immediately. I recommend purchasing in another style! lol Fabric is very soft to the touch. Please note that the strap comes with the cover-up, but the cover-up itself does not have any strap holders. You'll just need to tie the strap on top of the cover-up.
