Overall good quality and functionality, big issues with the 2019 MacBook Pro
It seemed like a good solution for me to support dual external monitors, but unfortunately I had the same issue as some of the others reviewers. After waking up my MacBook Pro (16" 2019), each monitor connected to the onboard DisplayPort to HDMI adapter turns on and off every few seconds for 10-15 minutes. It interferes with my work too much and I just can't do it, so I'm sending it back. It didn't matter which monitor or HDMI cable I used, they both had the same issue as long as they were connected to DisplayPort on the dock (using the included DP to HDMI adapter).
