Not waterproof at all, nada, no!
Waste of time and money trying to keep your handlebars dry. The material lets plain rainwater through as if it weren't there! Bought these to protect the electronics on our e-bikes. They probably work well for keeping bugs and dirt out when transporting the bike, but worse than nothing for keeping the bike dry. They advertise that the upgraded version has waterproof tape on the seams, but if all the material leaks, that's a problem. Returned!
