Overall I'm happy with the bike rack itself. I love how the arms move so the bike is right up against the wall. The main problem lay in the installation. The drywall fixings were terrible. They usually have a lip at the very end so they don't go through the drywall. However, all three were loose and the supplied screws for drilling the fasteners were not tightened enough. I had to resort to my own installation tools. Also, I don't think having three screw holes in a row isn't very strong either. I think they should be on both sides, not in a row.
