Pros: - It's a solid unit - It doesn't show in the picture but there is a circuit breaker on the input cord - If you mount it on the ceiling you can move the black stop further down the cord , so it doesn't accidentally curl to the end. The bracket has 3 mounting holes: two are visible in the picture, they are keyhole type. There is an additional regular round hole in the middle, when you use it, the bracket will not slip off, which is important for ceiling mounting. Cons: - Minor thing: the black swivel mount doesn't come off easily, for installation it would be nice if it did.
