Began to rust and had a strip with a 3/8 ratchet

Product was fine upon installation except the one that ripped off and I used a 3/8 ratchet which none Impact Gun is Art of Evil eventually went to a car factory to buy nuts that looked like this bolt. And after 3 weeks of installation they started to rust which is strange as I live in Fresno where it rarely rains and it's always been over 100 degrees in the summer and it's very dry here so they are very poor quality.
