Review on Standard Motor Products APS276 Accelerator by Eric Longoria

Had problems with Sports Trac with acceleration and hesitation, basically the car wasn't moving, period. He began hesitantly, but didn't move. Scanned the car to find 2 codes related to the throttle position sensor and the other related to the accelerator pedal position sensor. I checked the TPS voltage on the signal and changed it smoothly from 1.4V to 4.5V with no dips when setting the throttle open and closed. The 5 volt reference and ground have been checked and are OK. Concluded that the application is buggy, the application default code usually causes the TPS error code, the test for the application is problematic.
