I have been using this chair for working from home for 2 months now and the armrests have already deformed so much that the skin is peeling off. The lumbar support is good, but the way it attaches to the chair, if you ever want to recline, the plastic on it will hit you in the back, giving you back pain when you recline. Just avoid the chair or buy it when it's really on sale. Update: After using it for over a year my back is asking you to look for an alternative. The problem I mentioned with the lumbar support gets worse over time. I ended up opening up the lumbar support to fix this by adding more pillows. Basically they just cut open the wooden frame to try to curve it a bit and put a very thin layer of styrofoam on top. That way, after a while, your upper back will be pressed against the rounded corner of the tree. Don't buy unless they specifically say they fixed the problem.
