Review on 🎶 30-Inch Dark Oak/Black TransDeco Glass Speaker Stand with Improved SEO by Carol Fowler

Cute coasters but with some design flaws

The coasters look very nice and for the most part the components are solidly assembled but the iron construction leaves a bit to be desired. The biggest issue is that there is only one bottom mounting screw and the hole in the glass is too big for it making it a terrible fit allowing the rack to move/rotate. I solved the problem with a pair of 3/4" x 3/8" nylon bushings I bought at a local hardware store. They hold the bolt in the center of the big hole (and really should have been included in the hardware kit). Then I added two small blobs of RTV silicone to the bottom of the stand and placed the bottom connection to the horizontal stand on a flat surface (to ensure perfect rotational alignment). Let it dry and now it's hard as a rock. The "cable management" system is a bit of a joke. You could do better. There should be at least 3 Velcro straps on the back of the luggage rack. I wish they had special hardwood feet because I'm concerned that the little plastic covers on the spikes might come off and scratch the floor. Finally, due to the glossy paint, the surface is very slippery so using foam speaker pads is a must. Overall I like them but they are a few 49 cents from a 5 star rating. For this price I expect perfect performance.
