I use this for permanent makeup. When I got it it broke fairly quickly. One of the light arms just cracked and let go while I wasn't at work. Came into my studio and it was on the floor. I contacted them and they were super friendly and helpful and sent me a new one. I got it maybe 7 months ago and now this one's breaking too. I could give some credit to maybe I was a little rough moving the arms around or something. But I don't even use the phone attachment and it's also broke. The base part that connects to the stand also broke while I was working, so I wasn't even touching it. Super bummed because this was not a cheap lamp!
