Useless. Garbage. And I never got a star!

Terrible. You are not working! They tried to connect to the wireless "baets" (I assume they were trying to spell "beats") every time you connected them to your phone. Even if you turn off Bluetooth. However when you connect via BT it scratches and as I said they don't work when BT is off. I have an iPhone 11 Pro. I will request a refund. The whole point of wired headphones is to reduce the amount of radiation in my brain. It's useless!
