I've been using 3m masking tape (blue) for years and have found that the paint often spills under some parts even when I scratch them with my fingernails. After seeing several artists on YouTube praising this tape, I gave it a try and will never buy a roll of blue tape again. It sticks much better than blue tape and the trick is that once this tape gets wet it loses its stickiness. Many times I've also found the blue tape and it's too sticky for the old ceiling paint and will eventually peel off and if you wet it before removing the tape the old paint is still there. This tape also has some elasticity, so you can still stick curved parts together. Finally, you will learn different techniques, such as B. double wall paneling and hanging curtains at the same time. I buy plastic tablecloths from the dollar store or cheap curtains and stretch them to a higher quality fabric. I had minimal paint stains, if any.
