I like that it comes with multiple attachments and a toothbrush attachment. I also like the compactness of this device, although due to the small size, the water tank runs out quickly or if it gets low and you tilt it the wrong way, the water can't come out. When I first filled the tank, nothing happened. when i turned it on. So I took the bottom off and maybe the hose was clogged? When I moved the suction tube and reattached the base everything worked great. If you have this problem, just learn how to adjust the position of the suction tube in the base by peeling off part of the base. Comes with a USB charger and the charging port is on the side. wasn't super powerful on any of them, even at max level. This may be due to billing for "sensitive" teeth and gums. In practice, I found it easy to brush my front teeth, but when brushing my back teeth, if I tipped the water at all, it lost pressure or didn't come out at all. Not sure if this is practical for me as the water pressure is not too high in my case. I use distilled mine water to reduce limescale and other hard water buildup and reduce biofilm. You will need to clean this unit about once a week, but using distilled water should extend its life between cleanings.
