This is my first irrigator. I use it right after brushing my teeth. It's powerful! It's like a little pressure washer. I only use level 3 of 10 and my gums still bled the first time or two. My main complaint is that it's just big and awkward to use. If you take a full French baguette halfway into the tip of a pencil, you'll have a pretty good idea of what it's like to handle that thing. The initial installation is convenient and portable. The quality seems to be ok. It's plastic but feels solid. Once connected to the water tank, it becomes very bulky. The display and settings work well and the nice pack of 3 water trap heads plus 10 pressure settings was a nice touch. I like that it comes with multiple attachments and a toothbrush attachment. I also like the compactness of this device, although due to the small size, the water tank runs out quickly or if it gets low and you tilt it the wrong way, the water can't come out. When I first filled the tank, nothing happened. when i turned it on. So I took the bottom off and maybe the hose was clogged?
