I bought a pair of these to use on my 23" office monitors and they are extremely effective. If you only look at the screen from an angle of a few degrees on the axis, the screen becomes almost completely dark. Unfortunately, like all screen privacy filters, they are quite expensive, but they were still some of the cheapest filters I could find and they don't seem to suffer for their price. Installation was fairly easy with the included double-sided tape. When properly installed, the ribbon doesn't seem to affect image quality or even be visible, which is nice. It's a little fiddly to remove the tape from the sheet and stick it on the monitor, but it only took a few minutes. I would happily buy them again if I needed screen privacy filters.
