The ease in which one can integrate with third-party platforms like Facebook, Twitter etc. This is an excellent tool for customer engagement as well as generating leads from various sources. It has helped us reach out to our target audience more efficiently. I have not seen anything that I dislike so far. We are able to communicate effectively with our audience through this platform. As we use it across different channels (social media) there is no lag or other issues when communicating through multiple channels at the same time.
