A great piece for your baby to keep warm. However, I ordered the 3-6 month size and it is on the 6 month side more so than the 3 months side. My 3 month old is swimming in it as he is 12 lbs and 22.5" long. His feet and arms do not reach the ends at all. I think I would order the 0-3 month if you want it for your 3-4 month old. But if you have a 6+ month old it should fit just fine. We took my son Christmas Tree shopping and he was very very warm as we walked through the fields. I just love the pattern as well. This is a great buy.
