excellent for wearing every day under suits and dresses
Great for daily wear and basic support. Im and aging ballet dancer and have sever arthritis in one on my knees. As long as i wear this daily it seems to prevent swelling and pain along with other issues. its not perfect when my knee is bad, at which point i use an additional hardcore brace over it. However that being said it seems super preventative for daily wear and thats what im hoping for
- Great to wear under jeans to keep tour knees warm
- Can be bulky and restrict leg movements
