I purchased these containers last year Feb 2020 to get away from using plastics! And I just ordered today the divided meal prep containers because these storage containers have served me soooo well! I use them everyday. They nestle nicely in the cabinet without taking up a lot of space and replaced all plastics. Food tastes soooo much better! No longer worried about toxins leaching into the food from plastics that SAY they are "bpa free". So, I have been using them daily for almost a year and half now, and they still look like the day I got them. Full disclosure though, I handwash containers and lids, and the only place I haven't used them is in the freezer only because I haven't had the need. I have not any lid issues, leakage, chips or breakage, whatsoever. Well, now.I will knock on wood. I have to mention while researching and reading the reviews on the divided meal prep containers I had noticed that there were some complaints about the lids and one said they used the lid in the microwave. It clearly states that they are not be used in the oven or microwave. I do not use the lids in the microwave and obviously not the oven. Just a few tips worth mentioning, if you lid it immediately after microwaving, the heat will the seal the lid and it will take a bit to get it off. So let it cool a little before snapping it down. The same can happen if you take it from the frig and the container is really cold and condensation builds before you try to pop the lid.
