Couldn't get the chain due to a problem with the motor

Two bolts, a motor to attach to the chain for tensioning, one came out like butter. The other two are gone, and they were a bit naked, but not much, but it didn't make him try to pull him out, he couldn't even put a chain on him or do anything to him because he didn't understand it. Because I've had several people trying the same thing.
