I think this is an attractive electric fireplace and I recommend it. I chose this particular model because it was intended for the bedroom and most models are larger than this and would not fit in the space. Since I only mounted it on the wall and not on stands, it's also important to me that it's thinner than other devices and protrudes two inches less into the room. the speed of the flame flickering, you can hear something spinning inside the device (I didn't pay attention to how the flame effect is created). This noise doesn't matter if you have a heater running as the heater fan is louder. I don't mind if the flame effect moves slower, so I usually just leave it at a lower level and then I can't hear it. Major advantage. ***** I would like to add an explanation about these electric fireplaces in general of all brands. They plug into a regular outlet. Your ordinary socket can only deliver a certain amount of electricity and therefore only a certain amount of heat. They produce exactly the same amount of heat as regular $40 electric heaters you can put on your bathroom floor. Such an electric fireplace cannot heat the whole house. They are all very nice electric heaters. They are an additional source of heat for a rather cool place in your home. The advantage of a wall mounted heater is that you are less likely to drop something on it and start a fire, and children and pets cannot knock it over. house or even a large room, you should buy something much stronger and call an electrician for you. You can't transfer that much power through normal household wiring.
