Does more than you think-

It's helped me so much. I make my own pasta at home because I love fresh pasta and prefer to use organic flours, which are higher in protein and fiber, with 1/2 unbleached white flour and 1/2 organic whole wheat flour. I also don't use eggs and just a small amount of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. I use my amazing Gourmia Paste and Marcato Atlas to help me with this difficult task. Sometimes I would squeeze it onto a plate and other times the pasta would stick as it cooked and wasn't perfect. Since I bought the Marcato Atlas Pasta Dryer I've been able to make perfect pasta as it separates cleanly. A stick that I also use when making homemade low-fat salad dressings as a pusher to quickly push the dressing through the narrow opening as it fits into my narrow funnel that fills my dressing bottle. I didn't know the wand would be plastic, but it is. It would have been better in crystal, which is why there were no 5 stars. It has a straw-like hole in the top so it can hold a small amount of water to make the dough perfect. I think it would be better if it also had a lid as it is open at the top and then there would be more cleaning if used to hold water. The legs, which are beautifully shiny metal tripods with non-slip rubber bottoms, sometimes fall off after being sealed and closed when the device is laid on its side, and then once outside it doesn't look good. This problem can be solved by attaching three small thin triangular shaped magnets to the underside of the plastic which will gently touch the legs when folded and lifted for storage. I'll probably buy some magnets and make it myself if I can fit in. These sticks can also double as giant milkshake stirrers for those who occasionally make giant, healthy, super-fat milkshakes like me. I use homemade organic soy milk or almond milk and mix it with some low-fat vanilla or other ice cream. I sometimes add my homemade seltzer and soda syrup for a healthy ice cream soda, and my spouse and I also sometimes have a small portion with a little fruit juice before breakfast for that fruit juice that's tasty but healthy and not eaten. You're a fat dessert that's stoned when we wake up.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
