I am a registered dental hygienist in the state of Texas. I am not against natural products and I have no doubt that there are some that really do what they say they do. I only gave this product 3 stars because I haven't tried it long enough to try it and see for myself its oral health benefits. My biggest problem is the taste. Even after dilution, I couldn't get rid of the very bitter taste. The money I paid for the item was enough for me to return it. I knew I could find other products that would do the same job without the harsh taste. Again, I'm not confirming or denying its ability, but be prepared to tolerate it while using it.
