This mouthwash takes a little getting used to. It's a bit salty, but once you get used to it, it's a refreshing change from the false "sweet" taste of others. This is the most refreshing and clean mouthwash I have ever tried. Salty/minty taste. Love the flip top and the fact that you don't need much to feel fresh. I keep the top partially closed because if you keep opening and closing it it could break. Every morning I just put my finger on the hole and shake it, then squirt a little in my mouth, gargling and gargling before spitting it out.

I LOVE this stuff. I use it right before bed and I swear I wake up with teeth as clean as if they just got brushed and NO breath in the morning! Plus, this bottle lasts forever! You need quite a lot. I've had it for 4 months and have used about 1/8th of a bottle each night. I also gargled with it 3-4 times a day when I felt my throat starting to hurt and it never got past a mild irritation.

I have a new favorite mouthwash. I've noticed that I'm less sensitive to cold and heat, my gums don't bleed anymore and my gums look a lot better. I do this in combination with some diet changes like adding fermented foods, reducing sugar intake, oil pulling a few times a week and adding minerals.
