I LOVE this stuff. I use it right before bed and I swear I wake up with teeth as clean as if they just got brushed and NO breath in the morning! Plus, this bottle lasts forever! You need quite a lot. I've had it for 4 months and have used about 1/8th of a bottle each night. I also gargled with it 3-4 times a day when I felt my throat starting to hurt and it never got past a mild irritation.
